How do I know my wig size?
Choosing the correct wig size can be the difference of feeling and looking comfortable. While it's a safe bet that you'll fit into a MEDIUM size (90% of people do), we want to make sure you get the best wig or hairpiece to fit you.

If you need to change your wig cap size, please send the email to: help@wigforqueen.com with your order number.

To ensure a correct cap size, measure the circumference of your head from the front of your hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline (see images below). Keep in mind most wigs have adjustable straps to comfortably secure to your head, up to another 1 to 1.5" of room.

On each catalog page you can use the "Select Size" option to filter wigs by their respective size; Average, Large or Petite. Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair or Hair Pieces” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Wigforqueen is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.
 
2. Boxes, Military addresses:
Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
 
3. Processing Time:
For in stock lace wigs: the order processing time is about 3-5 working days. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
For colored and styled lace wigs: the order processing time is about 5-9 working days. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
 
4. Shipping Time:
After shipped out, it normally takes 4-5 working days to reach you.
 
5.Others:
There will be some delays for processing orders during our peak season. Sincerely appreciate your understanding.
When your wig has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided, from which you can check the status of shipment.
