1. What are your shipping rates?
We offer free express shipping (except for EU countries) for all wigs.
2. Will I be subjected to taxes?
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair or Hair Pieces” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Wigforqueen is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.
3. When will my order be shipped?
Our wigs usually can be shipped within 5-9 working days (Excluding weekends and holidays). For in stock lace wigs collection, wigs can be shipped out within 3-5 working days (Excluding weekends and holidays). After shipped out, it normally takes 4-5 working days to reach you.
4. Can I use a Po.Box or Military Base as a shipping address?
*Po.Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
5. How to track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll notify you by email providing you with the tracking information for your package!
6. How to cancel my order?
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, Orders over 48 hours cannot be cancelled and shipped out orders cannot be cancelled. So please do get in touch with our team through email help@wigforqueen.com as soon as possible.

8. What is your exchange & return policy?
We accept exchange and returns of brand new wigs within 7 days after the date of delivery. Used, lace cut or altered wigs are not within our return guidelines.
9. How do I exchange & return my order?
If you would like to make an exchange or return request, please make sure the excess lace is still attached, the wig is brand new. Then send your order number and the pictures of the item(s) that you would like to return to our email address help@wigforqueen.com. One of our friendly team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
10. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Paypal, credit card or debit card to pay.
11. Do you support payment by installments?
We are very sorry, our website currently does not support installment payment service. But you can contact PayPal customer service, PayPal can support you to make installments.
12. What kind of hair be used to make a wig?
All of our wigs are made of 100% virgin human hair.
13. Can I dye the wig by myself?
Yes, our hair is 100% human hair, you can dye the hair if you want,but pay attention to the hair type. For 613 blonde wigs, you can dye your wig with any color. For natural Brazilian hair, you first need to bleach your hair, and then you can dye your hair any color. For colored wigs that have already been dyed, you can only dye them darker than the color of the wig you purchased.
14. How to choose a wig cap size?
Choosing the correct wig size can be the difference of feeling and looking comfortable. While it's a safe bet that you'll fit into a MEDIUM size (90% of people do), we want to make sure you get the best wig or hairpiece to fit you. Or read our size guide.
